How do I receive my worksheet after purchase?
Your download is available immediately after checkout, and a link is also sent to your email. There is no waiting and nothing is posted — everything is delivered digitally.
What format are the worksheets?
Each worksheet is a printable PDF. PDFs open on virtually any device — phone, tablet, or computer — and print cleanly at home.
Do I need any special software?
No. PDFs open in any web browser and in the free PDF reader already installed on most devices. Nothing needs to be purchased or installed.
Can I print them at home?
Yes — the worksheets are designed to be printed at home. They are set for standard paper and use minimal ink.
Can I print in black and white?
Yes. Every worksheet is designed to print clearly in black and white as well as in colour, so you can keep your ink use low.
How many times can I download my file, and for how long?
Your download link is available for 30 days after purchase and allows up to five downloads — plenty for saving the file to your devices. We recommend downloading and saving your file soon after purchase. If your link has expired or you have used all your downloads, no problem: email us at info@clarivawellness.com with your order number and we will send your file to you again.
My download link has expired or stopped working. What do I do?
Download links are active for 30 days after purchase. If yours has expired or stopped working, just email info@clarivawellness.com with your order number and we will send you a fresh copy of your file. We are happy to help.
Do you offer refunds?
Our commitment is that every customer receives a working copy of what they purchased. If you have any trouble accessing or opening a file, we will resolve it — usually by re-sending the file. Full details are on our Refunds page.
Are these a form of therapy?
No. Clariva worksheets are educational and reflective tools. They are not therapy, treatment, or diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional care.
Can I share or resell the worksheets?
The worksheets are for your own personal use. Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files. Full terms are on our Terms and Conditions page.
