Returns Policy

Clariva Wellness supplies digital products — printable PDF worksheets delivered by download. As these products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, the following policy applies.

Delivery guarantee

Our commitment is that every customer receives a working copy of the product they have purchased.

If you experience any difficulty accessing, downloading, or opening a product, please contact us at info@clarivawellness.com with your order number. We will resolve the matter promptly — in most cases by sending the file to you directly by email, or by re-issuing a working download link, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Because our standard remedy is to deliver a working copy of your purchase, a refund is generally not required. A refund will be provided only in the event that we are unable to supply a working file to you.

As our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or where a functioning product has been correctly delivered.

Downloading your products

Please download your purchased products within the 30-day period. Any product superseded by a newer version will be removed from the website and will no longer be available for download.

Requesting assistance

To request a replacement file or to raise any issue with your order, please email info@clarivawellness.com with your order number. We aim to respond within two business days.

This policy operates in addition to, and does not limit, any rights available to you under the consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
